Reflection & Evaluation

In my movie 'Poor Guidance' I aimed to make a comedy, sitcom and adventure genre film. This is supposed to be a 12 because it has violence and in some parts, cussing. The cussing is few but it is still there which makes it a 12A+. I went for a 12A+ because I could add more variety and freedom to the script than a PG. I had the fight scene toned down from buying fake blood because I knew it would boost the age rating up a lot. I decided only clean punches and only two of them also Biddy's knee to the face was going to be met with a comic book like sound when it hits Dan. My influence for my film was Quentin Tarantino and a number of wide shots he uses along with high amounts of medium shots. He also is famous for not using much of a set. In Reservoir Dogs, he uses one place to set his film so I decided to take inspiration and not go away from college. For example, in my movie the lunch scene could have been anywhere, the fight scene could have been in an alleyway which

Product Assessment

I had a lot of people watch my film for me and I had a lot of good feedback as a pose to bad. I had one comment on the video say that it was 'amazing' wich really gave me a good sense of reward and pride. I had a few opinions also saying: Louis: Having been in the film and not knowing how it shaped up or even work at all, I think the final result makes a lot of sense as an actor on the inside. Ieuan: I like the film because it was really funny, but also quite realistic to everyday life. Emily: It was cool because the story was relatable to some people that might be getting bullied and at the end the reward of pride they get is great and people should look up to it. Sam: I had a great time watching it because it was funny and also good in the way that you understand the funny side of it and everything that is best about it if you watch it the second time around but that's the same with everything. Andy: It like the editing it flowed very well in that respect si
