When we filmed in the park the objective was to learn about all the shot sizes. It was really interesting and very informative to see how you can make a film that is good without flow because of the shots needed. I have a different view when I watch films now because of being a director myself. I like that and this could prove handy in further days.

We went out and set everything up for the first time with a scrappy piece of paper explains our instructions. None of us had a very good clue as to how we were to do this. The we nominated the positions and i was voted director. Then after that I proceeded to shoot. It was good fun at start then we started to think with a bit more detail. This helped me to focus on the task at hand.  Even though this was our first time we were keen to make it good.

Now you are probably wondering about the music. Yes it is for humour but when you think more. It all makes sense. He is lonely and so hence the lonely music. Then comes the famous Randy Orton R.K.O (Random Knock out) that took the internet by storm and went viral quickly. And that is because it is I who comes out or no where to give him the paper. And then he give a funny reaction as if to say what is this?! so that there is punk rap music to demonstrate.

Opinion from pitch My pitch was great! I know that I must be more vigilant and thoroughly plan my project out, and I will up my game to aim for the Distinction grade. I know it went well because I knew my point was getting across. The point of this film is the fact that the 'Caterham' is an under-rated underdog supercar that people have overlooked. Or just simply that people don't know about it. So I will teach them not just about the car but the community and the whole prospectus. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MKNi9IYfMTc In my 60 second video, I chose to go with tension as my genre. I haven't tried tension and it was something I wanted to do. I liked making this film but at the start, I was aiming for a comedy and I guess it is a bit of both.  From target 3.1 I learned new and interesting shot types such as, a low angle looking up and the high angle looking down which are great to use because they show how a character is feeling. For example, the low angle looking up can show that a character is feeling intimidated and a high angle looking down is the person providing the argument. I learned this through watching 'A few good men" in the "You can't handle the truth" scene.  In my film, I use the low angle facing up to the girl so the guy in the chair was feeling intimidated. For the product assessment, I have asked 4 people to write a short paragraph stating what was good and bad about my film and what I could change. I did this not only because the brief requires it but out of personal interest to see what people made of my film. I was very intrigued by what they thought of it and not for them to just say 'good' but go into detail and perhaps pick my film apart. This method has definitely proven worthy in the past as I have had much feedback on previous short films explaining not only what was wrong but why it was wrong which helped me learn a great deal about me as a director and learn a lot more about my film. I have learned many valuable lessons such as; 'Always keep your target audience in mind' and 'keep the camera work as smooth as possible if it's a crucial scene.'
