Documentary

The observational documentary called Armadillo is rated as the best of its genre. The documentary is based on a couple of Danish soldiers and their platoon deployed on a tour of Afghanistan. Armadillo is just pure riveting, cliffhanging, stunning live action from beginning frame to end – no voiceover, no narration, not even any interviews. Stunningly shot and dramatically scored, the film has actually been criticised for being ‘too cinematic!’.  But then at the same time, it's been described as 'a very emotional ride'. This only means that there are a lot of heartwarming facts and makes it one of the best if not the best Observational Documentaries ever made.
