Time Management

In three lessons we put a social experiment together. We asked members of the college:

  1. How much time do you spend doing a revision (20mins 10, 30mins 3, 1hr 7, 1hr+ 5)
  2. How do you plan your day?           (post it 6, calendar 3, other 1, phone planner 10)
  3. Do you use a calendar?                               (10 yes 11 no)
  4. Do you have an app for planning your day?     (8 yes 12 no)
  5. How do you tend to plan your day? (1 never, daily 5, yearly 3, monthly 2, weekly 6)

These were the questions, and the answers were taken from 20-25 people and then wrote down onto the paper we prepared and printed off. The options were multiple choice which allowed no vague answers.

After which, we then made charts each and I prepared the group's powerpoint. This was the part I found the best. The hardest part was collecting the data, though.

After all, this was done, I gave the groups presentation alone. I'd like to feel as if I did well, and the way I can tell this is that the class were taking notes and said so in the end.

I can apply the time managements skills to my life by using a phone planner and getting a calendar which is then going to help me not also be planned for the day, but be a lot more organised.
